Valet laundry service where our specialist laundry team collect, service and return your laundry ready to wear.
During your self isolation our team will collect and complete your laundry chores. Our standard wash, dry and fold service is for one bag (Max 7kg) where we wash all mixed colours at 30 degrees. Simply place your order and leave the rest to us.
Leave you laundry outside your flat and we will collect between 9am and 5pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Our Laundry Process is Covid Safe
1. All Ping Services staff complete a COVID Health Questionnaire each morning and if any team member is showing symptoms they will self -isolate for 14 days
2. Our drivers will be wearing appropriate PPE, which consists of a face mask and gloves, when on-site in Student Accommodation
3. If you are self-isolating or experiencing symptoms your Laundry bag will be stored for 72 hours before it is washed and returned (in-line with government guidelines)
Please note: All items should be machine washable and can be tumbled dried. Your laundry is washed at a 30 degree cycle and tumble dried at a medium heat.
