Mobile pet grooming service direct to your home!
We are a mobile pet grooming service. We offer a range of services, from full grooms to spa treatments on demand and to suit your convenience!

On your first visit to us, please allow 10-15 minutes for a consultation to discuss your pets welfare, temperament and the grooming requirements for that day. A photograph pre and post grooming may be taken for comparison of ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures, and may be used on our promotional pages.

Well Being Check
A general ‘visible’ health check takes place prior to any groom. Whist bathing or grooming if I find anything that I think you should be concerned about I will inform you when you collect your pet.

If you think that your pet has fleas, or you suspect them, or if you know that you have them, DO NOT bring your pet to the salon. You must treat them at home and only then after a period of a few days can your grooming request take place. You can call for a consultation regarding this problem.  There is ALWAYS an extra charge for fleas.

Vaccinations, Fleas and Worming Treatments
All pets must be up-to-date with vaccinations, worm and flea treatments prior to grooming unless having flea treatment on the day of the groom.

Health and Safety is our priority for both groomer and pets during the grooming process. You must inform us prior to grooming if your pet has previously bitten someone, is aggressive , has been muzzled previously during grooming or any other questionable behavioural instances. Owners will be held liable for any bites or scratches and the damage caused to the groomer, loss of working days and wages and will also be expected to pay prescription charges or other charges incurred from any injuries. Any property damage caused your pets will also be chargeable. The grooming process will stop if we feel your pet’s behaviour is compromising his safety or ours. The full charge of the groom could apply.

Anti-Social or Difficult Dogs
If your pet is aggressive during grooming, jumping around, or attempting to bite it may be muzzled as a last resort, and attached to a grooming arm for the safety of themselves and others. It may be removed from the grooming area and placed in a secure cage to prevent danger to others. It will be released when you personally come to collect it and you remove it from the cage. Dogs that are uncontrollable will be sent home and the full grooming charge will be made. Under the Welfare of Animals Act (2006) we will not force your pet to undergo a grooming session.  Under the Dangerous Dogs Act (2014) you may be prosecuted if your dog is out of control in a public or private place, and this includes a grooming salon.

Veterinary Care
You authorise us that if your pets health causes concern or they become ill or if the services of a veterinarian are required, to obtain treatment at your expense if you are not contactable.

Distressed/Elderly Dogs/Collection Times
If your pet becomes particularly distressed, your pet will be taken outside for a toilet break and then it will be given a rest period. This may pro-long the overall grooming time period. Elderly dogs are welcome at your own risk. They are always given extra time and great care and kindness extended. Our estimated finishing times are just that – an estimate. You may have to wait a short while if your pet is not totally ‘finished’ upon your arrival.

If you would like us to groom your puppy, it must have had all its vaccinations. If it hasn’t yet been vaccinated it will not be groomed until one week after the last vaccination is given. The price depends on the size of the dog and not it’s age.

Sick Animals
No animal will be groomed if they are obviously sick

Cancellations, missed appointments and deposits
24 hours notice (minimum) is required when cancelling an appointment, otherwise the FULL COST will be charged. Please contact us via your order to make any amendments to your order. We are more than happy to reschedule.
If you fail to show up for your appointment and have not cancelled or re-scheduled no refund will be accepted.

Customer Complaints
Please submit any complaints to us in writing via your order within 48 hours of the service being carried out for full review.

Took my dog here to be loved and groomed and that exactly what they did. Rex doesn’t like baths or being brushed but these guys made it enjoyable for him and when I arrived, I couldn’t even hear her crying which he normally does.

Q. When should my puppy come in for its first groom?
It’s important to have your puppy groomed as soon as possible so they can get used to and learn to love the grooming experience.  We recommend they come in two week after their last set of vaccinations. We will not clip your puppy on their first visit to the Spa as the evolution from a puppy to an adult coat is dependant on breed and a grooming regime will be suggested to suit your puppy.  During their first visit your puppy will be introduced in a relaxed and fun way to the sights, sounds and smells of the grooming salon ensuring that future visits are stress free.

Q. How long does it take to groom my pet?
Approximate times for each treatment vary.  The time taken will depend on the condition and length of your pooch’s hair.   We will contact you prior to the end of the treatment to advise what time we will drop off or you should pick up your pooch.

Q. How much does it cost for my pet to be groomed?
Pricing is based on breed, hair length, the condition of your pooch’s, skin, its temperament, age, and grooming history.  We will give an exact cost at your pre-treatment consultation.  However please use the prices listed on our service booking as guide pricing.

Q. What if I cannot pick my dog up from the Spa after its grooming treatment?
A. We offer a collection and drop off service so if you are unable to collect your pooch after their treatment we can creche them or drop your pet off to your home address at a time that is convenient for you to receive them.  Please note drop off time must be within our hours of operation, we can collect your dog early morning for arrival to the Spa.

Q. Can I stay and watch while you groom my pet?
As your pooch loves you very much they will wiggle and move around trying to get close to you which is not safe while we are grooming.  It is best to drop off your pooch at their scheduled appointment time, and then come back when the treatment is finished. We are very happy to show our customers around the Spa so they can see where their pooch will have their treatment.  Also please feel free to give us a call any time during the treatment to find out how your pooch is doing.

Q. Do I need to bring anything with my pooch for their treatment?
Before your pet comes to the Spa we strongly recommend they have a chance to relieve themselves. They may want to have a meal beforehand, but keep in mind if your pet is nervous, they might do better with an empty stomach.  Feel free to bring along any special blankets, toys, or treats that you know your pooch loves. Also, it you have a preference please feel free to bring a photo of the type of haircut you would like.

Q. How often should my pet be groomed?
The length and type of your pet’s coat will determine how often your pet needs to be groomed.

Q. My dog is old, can it be groomed?
All dogs regardless of age benefit from being groomed.  However aged, disabled, and ill pets required specialist treatment during the grooming process.
