500g ‘00’ Flour or Strong White Bread Flour

7g Easy Bake Yeast (or bicarbonate and lemon juice if cannot be found)
10g Fine Salt
5g Sugar
10ml Olive Oil
350ml Warm Water
250g Chopped Tomatoes or Passata
2 Balls Fresh Mozzarella (or grated mozzarella as an alternative)
Any toppings of your choice
