500g ‘00’ Flour or Strong White Bread Flour
7g Easy Bake Yeast (or bicarbonate and lemon juice if cannot be found)10g Fine Salt5g Sugar10ml Olive Oil350ml Warm Water250g Chopped Tomatoes or Passata2 Balls Fresh Mozzarella (or grated mozzarella as an alternative)Any toppings of your choice

About the Event

Join us for a fun filled Pizza Making Class hosted by Chefs to Home. Chefs to Home bring London's top chefs to your home for events and dinner parties. For this class they are pleased to introduce Chef Olivia, who has worked in some of London's best restaurants and is Le Cordon Bleu trained to help you learn the art of making that perfect pizza . 
The class will take place at 6:30pm on Wednesday 30th September exclusively for your building.
