Turn up. Tone up. Sculpt up. This full body conditioning workout is designed to sculpt and tone and target even the smallest of the muscles fusing the best elements of Pilates and barre techniques. Lengthening and strengthening your body from head to toe. Improving posture, developing the core and your coordination. Leave the session feeling and looking leaner longer and gracefully stronger.
